Welcome to Our Little One ("the App"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to comply with these Terms. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

2. Description of Service

Our Little One is a free pregnancy companion app designed for expecting couples. The App provides pregnancy tracking, partner pairing, mood sharing, knowledge content, shared checklists, and related features. The App is provided free of charge with no in-app purchases and no advertisements.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users.
• Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems or other users' data.
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the App.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.

5. Partner Pairing

The App allows you to pair with a partner using an invite code. By pairing, you consent to share certain pregnancy-related data (mood records, wishes, milestones, checklist progress) with your paired partner. You may unpair at any time through the App settings.

6. Medical Disclaimer

The App is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. All pregnancy-related content in the App is for general informational and educational purposes only. The App is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

You should:

• Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider for any medical questions.
• Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information in the App.
• Call emergency services immediately if you believe you have a medical emergency.

The SOS feature in the App provides general guidance only and is not a replacement for emergency medical services.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App — including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — are the property of Our Little One and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you create in the App (mood entries, wishes, notes). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and process this content solely for the purpose of providing the App's features to you and your paired partner.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
• Warranties that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any content.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Our Little One and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the App, regardless of the theory of liability.

11. Account Termination

• You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at jtech.dev29@gmail.com.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
• Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes, we will provide notice through the App or via email.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides, without regard to conflict of law principles.
